Kim has a Masters Degree in Psychology and has over 35 years’ experience in the provision of services to the community.

Alongside her therapeutic work with clients and management of community service teams, Kim worked as a coach and consultant delivering on a number of community engagement and organisational development/sustainability contracts; and contributing to state-wide service reviews and cultural audits for government, not-for-profit and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.

She brings with her, a passion for social justice and a deep commitment to actively engaging with individuals, families, communities and organisations to determine the most meaningful, socially sustainable and cost effective service/programs to best meet their needs.
