Dr Susan Young is Director of the Social Policy Practice and Research Consortium (SPPRC), jointly located in the Schools of Population and Global Health and Allied Health at UWA.
The Consortium undertakes research and policy projects concerned with the health and wellbeing of families, children and communities, of which the 100 Families WA is a major collaborative project.
She is a social work educator in the Division of Social Work and Social Policy (SPSW), specialising in collaborative practice; research and practice supervisor; and researcher with over 30 years’ experience in working with issues of vulnerability and marginalisation.
