The Reference Advisory Group is made up of dignitaries within government and the not-for-profit social service sector. Meeting 2-3 times per year, the groups role is to provide high level advice to the project, championing its cause throughout their networks.

Emma White (formally Director General of the Department for Child Protection and Family Support) is the groups Chair.
