Nikki Peapell is the Mercycare Manager of Youth and Homelessness Services and currently manages accommodation and youth services across the Perth Metro region. This includes Carlow House, Coolock, Youth Support Service, Housing support services, Homes for Youth, Reconnect, Family Wellbeing Services, Ellenbrooke Youth Services and Amber Youth Wellness (Youth Mental health outreach).
Nikki is a registered psychologist, and has 12 years’ experience working in the youth mental health sector in New Zealand, and the last 6 years in Perth. She is passionate about ensuring services have a strong connection with community, are culturally responsive and represent the local community needs.
